During packaged service time, we focus on particular content area(s), over a predetermined amount of time, so that you are better prepared to manage these content areas in the future. See individual services below for more information.
Format Options
We offer packages in two formats: The “Individual” format occurs in Zoom meeting format. Follows established curriculum, but more interactive and individualized to your team. We meet exclusively with your team and your team alone. The “Cohort” format occurs in Zoom webinar format. Follows established curriculum, may be less interactive and less individualized to your team. Multiple companies may participate. We require a minimum number of attendees to hold Cohort options for any given package. Contact us for upcoming cohort dates.

Curriculum Options
We offer two curriculum options: The Fresh Start option is for people starting with a blank slate with respect to package focus areas and content. This option includes four (4), 1 hour meetings or comparable support time, to work through the items outlined in the selected package. Our Accelerate option is similar, but is for those with already established content or practices in the package focus area. This package is priced differently as it includes two (2), additional 1 hour meetings or comparable support time, to analyze your current information and activity and synthesize with the new content and plan of action.
