Finding a viable solution to work-life balance in ABA/autism services
🐘 It’s time we address the elephant in the room: Achieving work-life balance in ABA is not a challenge that companies can tackle alone.
While ABA providers play a significant role, the environment and contingencies they face are shaped by funders and regulatory agencies.
Let’s be realistic – ABA operators cannot create solutions out of thin air. To establish a sustainable work-life balance, we need a collaborative approach. Funders must recognize the need for equitable resource distribution to support our dedicated clinicians 🤝.
Placing sole responsibility on ABA companies is unfair and unrealistic; it’s like expecting clinicians to do more with less. Together, we can create a healthier and more sustainable work environment for all.
